Cancellation Policy: Thank you for calling 36 hours or more in advance to change or cancel an appointment. Like other medical practices, the time has been reserved for you. Calling at least 36 hours ahead saves the $25 cancellation fee. Failing to attend an appointment without giving notice will incur the full appointment fee.
